How do they do that?? 
LOL... that is very funny. Love the little "Live from Chopper 5" title.
It's incredibly easy to create these kinds of animations - low quality anyhow.
If you want something a <I>little</I> more professional try <A HREF="http://www.stopmotionpro.com/" target="_blank">Stop Motion Pro</A>. All you need is a DV camera, some model cars, and a lot of spare time.
