Hey NorCal guys,

Last year's event at Blackhawk Auto Museum and it was great, we had 35+ cars show up and a few more that weren't able to get in to the main parking area due to limited space.

I'm planning to do another meet in 2025, and since we had in the East Bay last time, I'm thinking about setting this one up closer to Sacramento.
This is what I have in mind, we can either do a one day event or a full weekend event.

The plan is to book Red Hawk Casino's parking garage and do this meet like how they do it in Japan, reserving a few floors for attendee's cars. Requested the casino to have 24hr security for the cars parked over night.

Arrive Friday night - Check in hotel (book your own rooms with group discount) - https://www.redhawkcasino.com/hotel/
Park cars and set up
Meet and greet at the bar/casino

Saturday
Morning cars and coffee 8-12pm
Lunch at Apex (gaming area)
Go-Carting event - https://www.apexatredhawk.com/
Evening car event 8-11pm (inviting other jdm cars to show up)

Sunday
Hotel check out
Early morning drive through the Sierra (2hr round trip)
From Hwy49 to Salmon Bridge end at Eldorado Hills Town Center
Leave from there

These are just preliminary details - will finalize based on everyone's comments

I don't know if I can pull this one off but if we get enough people to attend it could be epic. I've already reached out to Red Hawk for details and cost.
Hoping we can get 50+ cars there this time! I know there were a lot of people that wanted to attend but had conflicting schedules.

Let me know everyone's thoughts, happy to take suggestions.

This drive would go right by my house so I'd probably join! My only blackout as of right now is weekend of April 18th but don't plan around me as I had to bail last year and have a newborn again this year...
Thanks again for organizing!

I'd be in. 'later in spring is ideal as I'd be coming down the mountain. One day or two day work equally well for me. Thank you for organizing.
