2015 NSX and GT-R GT demo run.

Sounds so cool!

if its a super GT car, then it will have a front mounted engine. Not a real representation of the street version at all.

The newly developed cars for next season, Lexus LF-CC, Nissan GT-R and NSX Concept will meet the new rules developed for next year's GT500 class and will be built on the same chassis and aero specs as Germany's DTM series. All three cars share the same monocoque but have developed their own engines independently.

Hideo Sasaki, the head of Honda's motorsport department said "We will be competing with a GT500 car built on the concept model of the new NSX, which is planned to be launced in the market in 2015. To preserve the image of NSX, we could not compromise the mid-engine and hybrid. I would like to express my appreciation to the JAF, GTA, Toyota, and Nissan for their understanding on this subject. It was very difficult and disadvantageous to with a mid-engine since a standardized moncoque designed for a front-engine car had to be used, but, on the other hand, it was a good challenge for our development team. For the hybrid, the system use inthe CR- GT of GT300 class will be evolved and adopted."
