2013 Acura NSX concept at Detroit Auto Show

I like the design, I think it's very sleek. At the same time, it looks nothing like the old NSX. It may have the mid mounted V6, but in terms of styling, it seems that they are just creating a totally new car and putting an old badge on it. Still a sleek design though!

Don't they only show american made cars in the Detroit show? It's not like they are ever going to make an NSX successor in the U.S. so why would they show it in detroit?

Any chance they can get that Senna dude someone mentioned above to test the new one? I hear it is a hybrid. Does that mean it will run on a Prius engine? I noticed the hood looks pretty long and although I don't know the size of a Prius is it possible they are going to merge with Prius, acquire the rights to it and simply install a Prius under the hood of each new NSX?
