This weekend, I was in Newbury Park, CA at the BMW Group DesignworksUSA company for the M Driving Tour. While I was there, I took pics of my NSX (stock height) next to the M3 that we were loaned to for the drive.

The manual mode of the DCT was fun indeed , love the bliping sound when downshifting and it was the funnest car I have driven---without a clutch.

M3s are great cars. I think there's a real link between NSX's and M3 as I have found a lot of NSX owners also have the bimmers in their stable.

I have an E46 M3 SMG as my DD and the auto mode is great for my morning commute (and coffee). Compared to the DCT the SMG is older and cruder but I love the direct feeling of the transmission.

Here's a shot of my kids next to my cars:

You mean with two clutches. Are the new M3s wider than the normal 3 series? I saw one for the first time from the back and if it weren't for the exhaust I don't think I would have even noticed it.
