I was bored and started looking at nsxes in Japan and was wondering why someone with lots of cash could not buy one direct and ship it to usa or canada?

I noticed this car had no air bags for a 2006

I'm going to go out on a limb and say the model year is probably a typo since they stopped production in 2005. And my guess on why there's no airbags in that model would be it's a type-s

Huge mistake for a vehicle selling over 100 thousand dollars.. I figured it may have been made late 2005 making it a 2006 model.. any how nice wheels

That Type S was not registered until 2006 - it was one of the last built. Sadly, it has had a crash repair see here: http://www.masudaauto.com/stock/?act=detail&zno=10021202062
