- My PPI in 2010 was done by Source1Automotive. I still have the records, pictures and results. The car checkout perfectly.
- 60,000 miles maintenance was done by Lynnwood Acura in 2012. Documents included($2686.18, include new water pump/timing belt/alternator/compressor replacement.)
- New fly wheel/clutch replaced by Lynnwood Acura in 2013. Documents included.
CURRENT CONDITION OF WEARABLES INCL. TIRES, BRAKES, BELTS, HOSES, SUSPENSION COMPONENTS AND FLUIDS
- Everything is in great condition. The tires may need to be replaced soon but still has good amount of treads left.
MODS if any (Are stock parts included in the sale?)
None – car has never been modified. The only thing is the wheels have been powder coated in black finish.

*I do have the window sticker, and it is in perfect condition.
**I often do my own oil changes. I bought 2 dozens of Denzo filters and still have 9 or 10 unopened ones in the packaged box.
