All regularly scheduled maintenance is up to date. Timing belt, water pump and all hoses changed in 2014 when I purchased the car with ~2600 miles on it
Details
I purchased this car in 2014 from the original owner who only put 2572 miles on it. This car was my daily driver until moving to Houston in 2017 and I intended to keep it forever. However, life happened (2 kids) and I no longer am able to drive her as much as she should be driven. I am in no hurry to sell the car and take her out as much as I can but I am willing to let it go to the right owner for the right price
She has always been garaged and meticulously cared for. Unfortunately, the service records have been lost between 2 moves but the major service items have been completed (timing belt, water pump and hoses). I have changed the oil every 5K miles with Mobil 1.
She is lightly modified and unfortunately I do not have all the original parts (never expected to sell her). Below is a list of the modifications
Exterior:
Clear bra- front bumper, full hood, front fenders and both side mirrors
CQuartz ceramic coating- covering clear bra and to the rims as well
Volk G25 rims- 18/19 with Michelin Pilot Super Sports (~1 year of wear. Still lots of tread left). No rubbing issues

Downforce NSX type R carbon fiber wing
Downforce carbon fiber engine hatch duct
Interior:
Pioneer AVIC 8000NEX head unit
Alpine R-S65 door speakers (driver's side blown but have a new set. Planning on swapping it out when I get some down time)
Angus passenger footwell slim sub box with 10" Pioneer 10W3
JL Audio XD500/3 Amp
ProCar carbon fiber center console, A/C vent and door inserts
