They made, what, 2 of these for the last year of production?

I hope they get EVERY PENNY for it.

Yeah I guess your right. they will most likely get the money from the right person...

I personally like red so I would'nt pay for this..

I would love to go after this! what do you guys think is a fair price?

Hey guys yup I had been tracking this car...I track ALL Imola's...

2005 (3 Onyx interior made):
JH4NA21625S000089 - 1,647 miles and for sale March 13, 2009 for $79,990 at Ed Martin Acura
JH4NA21685S000212 - 66 miles as of June 20, 2008 and sold for $89,000 late 2008
JH4NA21695S000235 - 19,176 miles as of July 8, 2008

FYI...my 2002 sold for $65k with 12k miles just recently so this asking price is right in line as these Imolas are very very rare! Even rarer than Zanardi's...

Did your car sell to someone in Dubai?

If you compare Imola and GPW, which are rarer? which would hold their value better? seems to me more people would prefer GPW. I love both as well as my Spa Yellow.

Nope. Sold it to a collector from Hong Kong.

Eyedoc - I believe people will prefer GPW however, recent re-sales of Imola's have kicked all GPW re-sales in the butt.

Eg.
2005 Imola/Onyx w/66 miles only sold for $89,000 U.S in June or July of 2008.
and
2002 Imola/Onyx w/13k miles (mine) sold for $65,000 US a month ago.

I haven't seen GPW's selling that high...someone prove me wrong. Yes, GPW's are rarer (only 24 made between 2002 and 2005) vs. Imola (only 49 made between 2002 and 2005).

same dealer has a 2006 exige in green for 36K. sigh...

Imola and LBBP are cool colors but 77k is ridiculus. An Exige for less than half the price? For 77k you coould get a 2001 NSX for the Interior and Quality and get the Exige for much better performance.

Or you could get a 91 NSX, a 2009 GSX-R1000 , a Ski-boat, a cheap SUV tow vehicle, a 2006 Exige and have all of them painted Imola for less than 77k

Craziness.

True, you could, but you still wouldn't have an Imola Orange 2005 NSX with less than 2k miles. That car is the right car for someone - even at that price. I wish I was in the market for a new one - it would be sold already if I was.
