2004 Lexus RX330 warning..

I just read an article at nytimes.com (need to log in) that warns of possible brake booster failure in the 2004 Lexus RX330. Lexus has released a TSB to its dealers, but no notification to owners about it. The federal govt. is investigating.

Just thought I'd put it out there in case you or someone you know drives one.

I received the recall notice last month on my RX330 concerning the brake issue. The Lexus dealer take care the problem for me already.

I'm still waiting to see if it will affect mine. I have a 2004 bought in April 2003 that was made in Japan so it might not be affected. I still haven't even got the letter about the brake light switch recall.

Chris, you might want to check with the dealer regarding the TSB.
