Out of curiosity, I was wondering if the 2003 Front-End conversion is as simple as doing the front bumper, headlights, and lower air-dam. If so, what are the estimated costs of these parts? Thanks.

No. You have to replace the hood, too.

And the headlights are more than just the headlights themselves. You'll also need the '02/'03 brackets, sockets, igniters, control units, gaskets, a bunch of screws, and some custom work on the old headlight cavities. The two headlights total about $1,800 list but the extra headlight parts brings the total up to about $3,300 list.
