2002+ Performance Changes

Hello everyone,

I am an ex S2000 and E46 Convertible owner looking for his next ride. I am a Honda lover so naturally I have always adored the NSX. So I have a couple of questions about finding my next car.

What mechanical/ performance changes were made to the cars that were made from 2002 on up?

I'm trying to decide which year should be the lowest year to purchase a car in order to save money and if the 2005's are identical to the 2002's in every way, then I will just look for a lower mileage 2002.

Thanks, and I did read this before I asked this question. The Wiki page doesn't mention anything past 2002's asthetic changes.

When I owned an S2000, we kept track of all the minor changes that most people didn't know about on the s2ki forum.

For example, Honda introduce VSA in all S2000's in 2006. The 2006 S2000 also got DBW. The 2006 Acura TL has a TPMS that was added to the car's read out in the dash.

I'm looking for this type of information for the 2002-2005 NSX's... if there were any to mention.

There is a different shift knob for the '04s and '05s. Annnnnnnnnnnnd, that's about it.
