Is there a way or can the RIGHT side headlight be adjusted?

How do you want it to be adjusted? There is one white hexagonal nut that you can turn to adjust the beam up and down.

I like to adjust the light beam up and down. But using and turning the hex nut, it goes up a little and comes back/down to where I start. Something wrong? What do you thing?

You need to turn it more. If it doesn't stay something must be broken inside.
