What all would have to be replaced in order to be able to use the 2002 headlights?

Is it possible to make the 2002 headlights work without replacing with a 2002 Hood, 2002 front bumper and both 2002 front fenders?

I just want the headlights since no-body makes or can find the marga hills headlights.

Thanks

Marga Hills has not be producing the fixed headlight kit for some time now. It is no longer available.

Regards,

That is NOT what the question was at hand here. Im not asking about a marga hills headlight kit.

Periokid....

Did you even look at the link that you posted, nowhere on that link do you see a marga hill headlight kit...this is due to the fact that it is not offered anymore, although I know 2 people who have them for sale.

If your going to comment on this post, please comment about what the question is.

The answer to your question is NO, you cannot replace just the headlights. If you use the search function you can find this discussed in detail several in several previous threads.

Its really clear that you people dont pay atention to a post before replying to them.

Since technically just a NO doesnt fully answer my question.I didnt ask if i could just replace the headlights... The question was will I need to replace the hood, bumper and front quarter pannels to be able use the 2002 headlights.

But after further looking into it, since its so hard to get a real answer out of you people without everyone being a smart a.. about it. Just the hood and front bumper will need to be replaced with 2002 in order to use the 2002 healights.

What is your deal?

Reading your original message, it is worded such that any reasonable person is going to think you primarily wanted to know if you could just swap the headlights.

The answer is simply "no," you cannot do what you had hoped and just swap the headlights. I answered it clearly and was not being a smart-ass at all.

I even told you that you could search previous posts to find more detailed information which would answer your ancillary question about exactly what parts needed to be replaced (and some of those posts also included details such as cost estimates, etc.)

I don't know exactly what you expected, but I'm sure there is a nicer way to go about getting it than calling people who are trying to help you names.

I don't usually get into or like to get into anyone's way, but POGNSXTC's attitude in this post is absolutely inconsiderate, if not arrogant.

When you ask questions to others, you are the one who is asking other people to provide you with advices or answers. When people respond to your questions, with or without the answer that you were looking for, they are taking their precious time to help you.

Rather than thanking for sharing their time and consideration to read your post, and to answer to your quesiton, all you have done is complaining or accusing them for giving you the answer that you are not looking for.

You don't seem to have/possess the manner that a gentleman should carry.

If you're going to attack people on this site, I suggest you at least use proper English grammar. Your use of you're was your mistake. You used your when you meant your word to be you're.

And don't attack the administrator unless you intend to also be called a "smart a..".

I didnt want to say this either, but it seems that alot of people on this forum have bad grammar. at first i thought it was just the younger posters on here doing the incorrect spellings, but I've seen quite a few more mature ones doing it also. maybe they are just typos, but then again who knows.

Maybe not maybe
who knows? not who knows.

I don't think these are typo's. The more I read, the more improper grammar I see. But only with really juicy opportunities like this do I respond.
typos not typo's

There are many people here where English is a second language. Let's not make them feel unwelcomed by picking on the grammar and spelling errors. Many of them provide valuable information and are an asset to this community (this guy clearly not being one of them). Let's not trivialize the lameness of this bozo's post by making it a grammar issue.

You don't have to get nasty.

This is quote from the page I sent you...

"Marga Hills Fixed Headlights
Utilizing the factory light assembly, the Marga Hills fixed headlight kit includes brackets, buckets, and lexan shields to mount the headlights in fixed positions. This kit completely replaced the factory pop-up headlight buckets.

This kit is ideal for use with the Marga Hills front bumper, however, it will work with the stock or TAITEC front bumper, however, modification is required to fit the lights. FRP construction.

Kit requires factory headlights, acrylic lens, and your choice of FRP or carbon buckets."

You last sentence in your post said you could not find those lights so I figured I'd try to help..

Excuse me for trying. Get a grip will ya.

Hi David --

Thanks for reminding me to remove this from the website!

Your advice was well intending and is appreciated (by most people at least).

Cheers,
-- Chris

You know, I thought I had written "typos" because I actually know better. The funny thing is, it was a kind of a typo.

Man,got to love how easy it is to push peoples buttons...To think you people take things so literally and to heart over a website that has text typed word... A place where attitude on how something is typed cant not be stressed, but just asumed. This is why we use LOL, HEHE, LMAO or giggles to stress that by no means is there attitude or anger. Anyone and i repeat anyone that has meet me in person knows that im the nices peroson around UNTIL you cross me or try to pull one over on me, we wont name names... LOL <<<---- see that means Laugh Out Loud. =o)

***Giggles more****
