2001Porsche 911TT Convertible??

Hello- I saw a speed yellow what I think was a 996 Cab..with a turbo body kit on it..even with Turbo badges...I'm pretty sure all the turbos were hard tops, and also had the pop up wing at 75mph or near it...this one had a whale tale type of wing...just wanted to make sure...still a very nice car..

All FACTORY 911 TT cars were fixed-roof coupe models with a fixed rear spoiler.

There are several aftermarket turbos for both the 993 and 996 series that have been installed on coupe, targa and cabrio cars.

When I used to drive Porsches they had an option for "turbo look" available from the factory. I don't recall if they are badged as turbo or maybe even 'turbo' in quotes.

I talked to a friend about this one, and he says there is ONE in the US made like this and was featured in all the Porsche mags like excellence and so on...he says this is most likely the one choptop...? anyone?
