MAINTENANCE HISTORY/DOCUMENTATION? Routine maintenance by Asimo Motorsports (Larry B.), I have a few docs, but none from a dealership just a "professional" NSX guru.
CURRENT CONDITION: Excellent condition overall. Mostly stock. Just mounted brand new tires at all 4 corners. Stock size 16”F/17”R tires and wheels. Condition of all rubber seals and trim is very good. Leather seats show minimal wear for a 10 year old car. Must see.
MODS: (have all OEM stock parts that will be included in the sale) Taitec FN-9 “Bel Canto Soprano” stainless exhaust system ($2500) from SOS with stock cats and headers. It is similar to the v5.1 but the tubing is a bit larger. Also added welded 4” custom tips. Much of the engine compartment has been dressed up ($1100) with polished aluminum bolt-on components. These include, engine and coil cover plates, round-style polished coolant tank, injector covers and alternator belt cover. All original parts removed from the engine compartment are in perfect shape including the plastic coolant tank. Car also comes with the original stock exhaust in “like-new” condition. All of this can be restored to OEM in a few hours. An i-Pod adaptor is also installed which has not affected the original wiring harness. It is simply “plugged-in.” New engine hatch struts from SOS just installed too. A set of 17”F/18”R five-spoke SSR wheels with Yoko Advans are available at additional cost if you prefer the larger wheel look. Some of the car pictures show these wheels.
ADDITIONAL NOTES: Car has always been hand washed and garage kept. I upgraded 2 years ago to this NSX from a 1996 model and have decided to go for an ’05 maybe of a different color. “Love these cars!”
