No problems passing emissions. Cats have about 2,000 miles on them. Angus's unique design makes one piece from the header to aftermarket exhaust (91+ style) so you don't have to use the SOS adapter parts. Cats have a J pipe for the rear 02 sensor, so no CELs.

I originally tried Angus resonated test pipes and found them too loud and deep "bassy" and switched to the high flow cats. Not raspy, and considerably louder than OEM but not the OMG loud of test pipes.
