Still have these pieces? I might be interested if they can be modified to fit the eariler 3.0L. I'm double checking now.

Yes, they are still available.
I had Comptech install a CTSC, CT headers, and TUBI exhaust on my '99.
When my car was at Comptech I talked with Shad and he told me that these OEM headers will work on 3.0
I suggest that you call Comptech and confirm this.
Make you a heck of a deal!
