What do you think of this car on Ebay? Asking price is 54,900. Anybody in Georgia knows it locally? Is it a fair price? I am thinking whether to get an NSX or a 964/993 Porsche turbo. I am leaning towards the Porsche but this car makes me think real hard. Thanks.

A very nice example of the coveted 1998 model year – stored indoors, (includes all books and documentation). Garaged and very well maintained. Car has incredible power and Transmission shifts smoothly through all gears. This car is nothing short of a head turner and gets more attention that many of my other cars. Since our acquisition car has been maintained and has been stored with my other holdings in a climate controlled warehouse. Of course it has not been in the rain.
If you are a perfectionist seeking a car to show and love – this is it. Runs and drives of course as new – with incredible power and handling. Car has an exceptional factory exhaust note.

* NEW CLUTCH ASSEMBLY (OEM) BY ACURA: The most frequent problem with these coveted cars (per Acura Tech(s) is that the clutch assemblies were not always aligned properly on delivery. This resulted in uneven clutch wear so the clutch would develop a slight vibration. While the vibration was very slight Acura replaced the clutch with a brand new OEM assembly. This being said, now she is in fact perfect and no such problem can arise for her next owner.

It had been my intention to keep this car however a recent property acquisition / build which exceeded budget resulted in a change of priorities. I own a number of quality Porsche’s and Exotics and letting this one go is difficult. However, the aforementioned acquisition compounded by other vintage acquisitions requires I free some funds . It has been my experience that many auctioned cars include images which do not clearly depict the condition. This car is as clean as reflected in the images. There are NO ISSUES or HIDDEN AGENDA HERE. Car is listed locally and, I reserve the right to close this auction early prior to reserve being met. Please refrain from sending unrealistic offers. This car is an excellent example and values of these cars are skyrocketing and will prove to be a solid investment in the future.
I can recommend a quality enclosed carrier for out-of-state delivery. Car will not be shipped “open carrier” as I will not play a role in any harm coming to it.
Negative or no feedback bids will be cancelled and this auction will not be “pumped or bid up”.
