No..its standard shift.
36K miles? nice, if MINT no accidents, just one owner (or 2) all maintenance? you are looking @ least 45K on the market, but, just offer him 35K, who knows, maybe he lets go and you save yourself 10-15K
Just try to research autotrader and ebay for 97-01 NSX's ... that will give you a good idea of prices -since prices for 97-01's are almost identical-
