This is a 1997 NXS-T in Red with rare Tan interior with only 36K miles.
The reason I am selling this car is that with two other cars I do not use this enough. This car is in MINT original condition, with 36,175 original miles, and is the nicest in the Washington, DC area. This is a very rare combination as having the Red with Tan interior, as only 37 of these were made by Acura in 1997.
This car is completely original, all stock with no modifications, has Factory Alpine 6 CD-Changer in trunk, Yokohama 245/40ZR17 and 215/45ZR16 tires.
Absolutely MINT condition, no dents or scratches, beautiful paint, no accidents, and the leather inside shows absolutely no wear at all, looks brand new! Car kept under car cover and was never driven in the rain.
Just last August I had the major service done with replaced (because of time not mileage) the timing belt, water pump, timing belt cover, alternator and compressor drive belts, and related gaskets. This is the major service for this car which is something that you will not have to do or spend the money. Have all service records.
At the major service had the Acura Dealer install the SmartTenna NSX which was made specifically for the NSX. It solves the problem with all NSX’s that when the CD is played the antenna stays up. With this installed in the trunk under the side carpet it allows the Power radio antenna to retract when playing the CD Player. This is a wonderful addition to this car.
The battery is kept fresh because the car has installed under the hood a Schumacher SE-1-125 1.5 amp. Battery Maintainer/Charger. This Maintainer/Charger keeps the batter fully charged.
The car just had its two year Virginia vehicle emission inspection just completed in April 2008.
The car has a clean Virginia title with no loans.
This is an absolutely stunning NSX-T and in the hands down most sought after color combination made . . . red on Tan. It turns heads every where it's driven. Most people think its a Ferrari (but without the repair expense or insurance).
