Looks like there is damage all over the body? Looks like the same color and year that hillsboro automart is selling for $26.9k, and that one is in perfect condition with mods. I estimate it will go for...$20k at the most.

To good to be true. For a car to be salvaged, the cost of repair must be 75% of the cars value. Undercarriage damage might be a big factor.
