1995 R77 Touch up??

I called around and the Acura parts guys say the R77 touch up paint is discontinued. I'm looking for the bottle that looks like nail polish with the brush inside. The paint in my current bottle has gone tacky.

Anyone know where I can get some

It may be possible to get touch-up paint in Canada, but nothing in the GTA....You"ll have to check with the Dealers directly in both Canada & US to see if they have something in stock.

Because it is an accessory they only keep it for 3 years. I got my touch-up paint in Florida a few years ago.

Adding some mineral spirits (titrate it w/ a dropper) & vigorous shaking will make the touchup-paint usable again (ie. reduce the clumps/tackiness/etc).

Interesting, maybe I got the last one. I ordered mine from the dealer in Kelowna in December 2010 and got it about 3 weeks later.

You could try one of the paint places on line, then try in a test spot

In the past I have used paintscracth I believe, been a while it was very close but not perfect. Hard to say if age is a factor or not.

There is a Sherwin Williams automotive paint warehouse near my house. They make custom order touch up and spray cans. If you're interested I can touch base with them to see if they can help.

I think that you are out of luck as when I bought my touchup about 6 years ago with this same code they told me that was the last one in the Acura stock list and it was discontinued.
