No accidents - (The only paintwork that the car has ever received was the front lower bumper and the rear bumper cover. The paint on the aluminum body panels is original.)
I purchased this car back in November and it is my 3rd NSX I’ve owned. (it IS NOT the same NSX as in my avatar)
This car has always been in California. I picked up in Northern California. The car was looked over by Jon Martin and he said the rubber components are in still in very good condition (as compared to some of the vehicles that come from very dry or hot climates that typically dry out the rubber components).
The call was completely stock with the exception of H&R lowering springs at the time of purchase. After further consulting with Jon Martin on how to optimize the NSX’s handling for daily use, I have done the installed following upgrades over the last few months:
• Replaced Passenger side CV axle boots
• Installed JRZ RS standard double adjustable coil-overs with machined aluminum monoball upper mounts - cost $4145
• Comptech Adjustable Sway-bars front and rear - cost $400
• Science of Speed Non-compliance Toe Links - cost $200
• Cedar Ridge Adjustable Sway bar End links - cost $200
• STMPO Front Lower Chassis Bar - cost $400
• All Suspension was Professionally Installed and Corner Balanced
• 18 x 8” Front and 18” x 9 Rear Authentic BBS LM’s
• Brand New Falken 452’s in 215/35/18 Front and 275/35/18 Rear Tires (No TCS Issues)
Known issues:
• Driver’s side taillight lens has a slight warp to it
• Due to the JRZ mono-ball upper mounts and the Cedar Ridge adjustable sway bar links, the car does have a light suspension sound generally at low speeds of 25 mph or less. The sounds go away at typically driving speeds of greater than 25 mph. This may be taken care of with the install of different upper strut hats and re-installing the stock sway-bar end links. (Prior to the install of the upgraded suspension, the car was incredibly silent)
• Timing belt / water pump / hose services have not been completed
Other than suspension upgrades, the car and engine has always been completely stock. It has never had an aftermarket exhaust or air intake installed.
