Do you know if the timing belt or water pump has ever been changed? Any work done while under your ownership? Thanks.

Yes, I had timing belt, water pump done at Hendrick Honda by certified NSX tech, bill was $4490.
Since then it has been back there several times, for oil changes and other maintenance, most recently for rebuilding of the original alternator. I have all these records.
BTW, that original timing belt, replaced in 2013, 19 years old, looked perfect...
