I rebuilt and upgraded to the JDM gearset so I have some bits left over if anyone needs them. Transmission had about 108k miles on it when the parts were removed. All parts have been inspected and measured against the service manual specifications. This transmission had no grinds, pop outs, funny noises, or any other issues. I have various other bits as well but for the most part bearings and such are fairly cheap and should just be replaced with new ones. Some of these parts have been discontinued and are difficult to find.

Take everything for $300 shipped to the 48 states.

1) Mainshaft - $125

- Teeth look good
- Input shaft bearing diameter: Can't measure yet, the bearing is press fit and I haven't removed it yet but I will if someone requests it.
- 3rd gear needle bearing race diameter: 1.6928" (spec is 1.6923-1.6929", service limit 1.6902")
- 4th/5th sleeve diameter: 1.4171" (no spec given as this area has a sleeve over it)
- Top bearing diameter: 1.2201" (spec is 1.2198-1.2205", service limit 1.2177")

2) Countershaft 2nd gear + synchronizer - $60

- Synchro teeth look good, gear teeth show minor wear, I never had any grinding issues. Since 2nd gear gets beat on the most I would recommend replacing the synchro for good measure.
- Thickness: 1.297" (no spec given, countershaft clearances are adjusted with shims)
- Outer synchro to cone clearance: 0.019" (spec is 0.020-0.039", service limit 0.012")
- Cone to gear clearance: 0.029" (spec is 0.020-0.039", service limit 0.012")
- Outer synchro to gear clearance: 0.047" (spec is 0.037-0.066", service limit 0.024")

3) Mainshaft 3rd gear + synchronizer - $60

- Gear and synchro teeth in good condition
- Thickness: 1.415" (spec is 1.414-1.416", service limit 1.409")
- Synchro to gear clearance: 0.035" (spec is 0.033-0.043", service limit 0.016")

4) Countershaft 3rd gear - $60

- No issues that I can see
- Thickness: 1.6728" (no spec given, countershaft clearances are adjusted with shims)

5) Mainshaft 4th gear + synchronizer - $60

- Gear and synchro teeth in good condition
- Thickness: 1.414" (spec is 1.414-1.416", service limit 1.409")
- Synchro to gear clearance: 0.035" (spec is 0.033-0.043", service limit 0.016")

6) Countershaft 4th gear - $60

- No issues that I can see
- Thickness: 1.7238" (no spec given, countershaft clearances are adjusted with shims)
