1993 With 186k miles

Should I still use 10w30 or should I use a different oil. Found a 20w50 Motul Performance for high mileage cars but need some feedback please.
 
No 20w50. Factory recommends 10w-30. Mobil 1 makes a high mileage formula as do others.
