I just sold the vehicle. Thanks for all the interest though!
Maintenance Information
I purchased the car a few years ago in a pretty rough shape. It was mechanically sound but many little things were broken and/or leaking on the vehicle. Here's a little list of things repaired
Clutch master cylinder replaced - was leaking
Vehicle speed sensor replaced - died shortly after purchasing
Coolant hoses replaced - One split open on the highway
Spool solenoid gaskets replaced - leaking oil
Valve cover gaskets replaced - leaking oil
Tail light gaskets replaced - Was allowing water into them
Reupholstered Seats - Driver's side was torn
Replaced weather seal on doors- Both were worn and torn
Resprayed the vehicle in black - Paint was fading
Struts for the rear hatch replaced - Both were dying
Struts for trunk replaced - Both had died
I have documentation for the update to the air conditioning system in 2003 as well as for the clutch and snap ring transmission which was repaired in 2006. The timing belt and water pump were replaced somewhere around 90000 miles although I don't have the documents for that. It's getting close to time to think about replacing that again but the car does run perfectly fine. The only issue I know of now is that there might be a short in the steering wheel because use of the horn causes the brake light fuse to blow and the cruise control lights up but won't engage from the steering wheel controls. Oil and coolant were recently changed by me.
Details
I've owned the vehicle for a few years now but certain circumstances have arrived and I need to liquidate some of my assets. I'm not in a terrible rush to sell but I've priced it within range and am open to negotiation. A PPI has not been performed on it. I've been slowly making updates to the interior too with a red and black color scheme. The rear is wrapped in red vinyl and so are the door handle areas. I was getting around to the carpet but haven't been able to find the time for it.
The wheels are generic MB Battle wheels 18x8 up front and 18x9 in the back. 215 up front and 265 in the back. I have another set of wheels available too. SSR Professor SP1 in hyper black in 18x7.5 and 19x9.5? in the rear. I took them off because this town has a lot of pot holes and I bent one too easily (aluminum). It has been repaired.
Navigation double din unit installed (old tape deck and cd changer still available)
2002+ NSX tail lights
Guppy antenna (I might still have the old one)
Spark plugs and coil packs replaced after compression test performed.
I'm sure I'm missing some things too but feel free to ask any questions.
I'm not sure why some of the pics are upside down...
I have recently done a compression test for those that had concerns about the health of the engine at this mileage.
