He asked about the window sticker, and when most people talk about the window sticker, they're referring to the federally-required Monroney sticker, which is for the car as equipped as it leaves the factory. Most people do not refer to a dealer-created sticker as a window sticker, or worry about what prices appear on it, because dealers can make up whatever price they want for any added accessories they install (and, as we can see above, some of them involve installation labor in their cost).
Not to go too deeply into the fastidious semantical debate that you seem to be craving, but the term "options" is most commonly used in the industry to refer to car features that are installed at the factory on some cars and not others, whereas "accessories" most commonly refer to items installed at the dealership or after the car is sold. I've tried to avoid any ambiguity by referring to the two as "factory options" and "dealer-installed accessories". And I've listed most of the available dealer-installed accessories as well as the only factory option (the transmission). That should be enough information to satisfy
almost everyone.
