As soon as I purchased the vehicle, it went to HNA automative in San Antonio (local NSX expert) where the car spent 3 weeks until all issues were resolved. Spent over 8K on getting her back to as close to perfection as possible.
Had transmission service and oil change.
Climate Control panel sent to SOS for rebuild. Short Shifter Kit installed, A/C compressor assembly and tensioner pulley replaced. Stereo Amps sent to SOS for rebuild. Wheels refinished in Gun Metal Black, Rays engineering Center caps added and Black Lug nuts, Replaced spark plugs and tuned, Replaced Left fender liner, Installed down force air intake scoop, Replaced Leaking coolant tank and radiator cap, Original NSX Keys purchased, K&N air filter, Replaced Alternator Belt, Spare tire bracket grommets replaced, Xpel Ultimate paint protections placed front hood, fenders, headlights, mirrors, front bumper, rocker panels, door cups and air inlets, Xpel Window tint (Xpel XR35) side windows and rear flat glass, Clear ceramic tint Xpel XR80m on front window and rear hatch. HID low and High beam headlight system installed. Replaced center arm rest NSX logo and A/C vents louvers in passenger door Original window sticker was recreated by a prime member after giving all the details about the car. Seats were recovered by previous owner. Leather is extremely soft and everyone who touches the seats, cannot believe how soft and good the leather feels.
Previous owner had just had all hoses replaced. The water pump and timing belt was replaced by the previous owner in 2014. Have receipts, Although the vehicle was in the snap ring range and had never had a failure, the previous owner had the transmission case replaced and the snap ring parts replaced prior to his purchase from the dealer- have receipts for all the work. Previous owner also changed the exhaust - changed to SOS headers and SOS Endura Lite exhaust. I have the OEM parts. Clutch master and slave cylinders replaced also by previous owner. Previous owner also had the radio changed to the Clarion blue tooth radio - still looks OEM but has the ability to connect to your phone/GPS. The knobs are now used as a toggle switch - very cool upgrade.
Right front fender was replaced by previous owner (have receipts and pictures) Was backed into and barely scuffed the paint and pushed the fender slightly forward. Front right fender replaced. Superficial cosmetic damage only. So minor it could have just been painted and aligned, but previous owner wanted a new fender. Have pics to show how minor and the front bumper was repainted at the same time due to rock chips.
Car is in great shape. Won best NSX from 25,000 to 100,000 Miles at NSXPO 2017. Also won local car shows.
