After nearly 4 great years with her, I've decided to release her into the wild for someone else to enjoy, hopefully as much as I have.
Up for sale is a beautiful, very lightly modified, 1991 in Formula Red over black. I bought the car in summer 2013 with 112,000 miles on it from the second owner at, who had owned and loved it since 1995. He treated it very well in his 18 years, and it was clearly always garaged and pampered. Since then I've continued the stewardship, keeping it garaged and well-maintained. He even had the titanium key! Truthfully though, after I addressed a few common electrical items in the first year or two, she's been extremely dependable and trouble-free.
---General Condition---
- Modifications are extremely light - this thing is relatively untouched.
- Paint is in very nice shape, and shines extremely well - blemishes noted below
- Interior is in very nice shape too - any blemishes noted below
- Factory 6 disc changer works
- Car runs very well, with no funny sounds
- Transmission shifts smoothly
- Transmission number is 1000735, well before the snap ring issue range that started at 1003542
- No smoke, no leaks
---Recent Service---
2013
- Replaced timing belt/water pump: updated WP, new plugs, valve adjustment, new belts
- Replaced clutch, flywheel, throwout bearing, etc (all OEM)
- Rebuilt climate control unit (CCU)
- Replaced stereo with unit out of 2004 NSX
2014
- Replaced SRS unit
2015
- Resoldered master relay
2016
- Cleaned contacts in driver's side door lock switch to address alarm going off
- Previous owner and I always used Mobil 1 for all oil changes
- Tires are in great shape (BF Goodrich Sport Comp 2)

- Comptech headers and exhaust (sound amazing)
- Comptech rear strut brace
- Dali Racing Track/Street adjustable sway bars front and back (originals included)
- '94-'01 wheels
- Shark II antenna
---Needs/things to point out---
- ABS non-op: Pump works very well, but unit won't build pressure. Likely needs to be cleaned out and get new o-rings, or take opportunity to retrofit to newer unit. I've pulled the fuses so the pump doesn't run needlessly, which also disables the TCS. TCS is fully operational when fuses are in place.
- a few rock chips in front bumper, and some dings/scratches. I've tried to highlight in the pics
- Driver's seat bolster is good, but not pristine. Pics represent the condition well
- Left rear wheel center cap recently popped out. PO bought a lifetime warranty on the caps from Acura of Bellevue in Washington, and the receipt is included.
