Harbor freight has some good stuff, but they also have some crappy stuff. Pretty good deal, that's a lot of fuses though haha.

Cheap tools will break a lot sooner than quality tools. You wind up paying more replacing cheap tools and having not so good performance over the years. I am a woodworker and my tools demand precision and reliability. HF tools are for the most part made in China and are inferior products when it comes to tools.
