Why In The Hell Will Anyone Use Their Nsx To Transport A Christmas Tree???????????? Maybe It Has 900,000 Miles On It And Has No Value.... Or Maybe It Was An Impaired Judgement Due To Too Much Liquor In Ones System. Drunk Driving In An Nsx With A Christmas Tree On Top Must Be A Good Story For The Highway Patrol To Write Down On A Ticket. Hmmmmm..... Whats Really Going On???????

some people use it as a daily driver, in my case I thought it would be fun to take the porsche, and the dog, for a small tree.

I take mine to hockey. Sticks hangin' out the window, shoulder pads on the passenger seat because they don't fit in the trunk and the rest of the equipment back there.

Some people drive their cars. I've gone camping in mine, down muddy, rutty roads and had a blast.

As nice as they look clean, I love seeing my NSX dirty; means I've gone out and done something with it.

It's very simple. I needed a Christmas tree and that NSX is what I use to get from one place to another. I was careful to go prepared and got the tree home without damaging my car, so what's the big deal?

I've also been using that same NSX to transport Christmas presents to work to mail off to family. :)

Woo Hoo, I'm famous! :) I should sign up there and taunt them with my mighty tree-carrying NSX!

It was fun picking up that tree. The funny part was the Home Depot guy telling me he wasn't allowed to put the tree on top my car. Their rules require 4 tie-down points. I told him that was fine, that I would put it up there myself. What went unspoken was that there was no way anyone but me was going to do it.

Also, I did have a backup plan. That's my wife's SLK right behind me so if I wasn't comfortable with the roof plan, we were going to shove it in the trunk of her car (which despite being a tiny car does have a big trunk) and let it hang out the back.

I may be a bit crazy, but I'm not stupid. ;)

Maybe because it's their car and they can bloody well do whatever they want with it?

Personally, there's a better chance of me winning the CA Lotto than me doing that with my NSX but I'm not the one paying the registration and making the payments. Live and let live... it's just a car.
