take it to your local leather shops they may do them. or. pony up and get a new one for 5,000 dollars LOL they are expensive geez mine needs to be redone.

I have an 05 and since i work on NSX's the oil that is still on my hand after i wash them is eating the leather I try and wash my hands till i see blood but it doesn help
I would try JPM Coachworks, they do all kinds of hand sewn car interior products. I would send them a picture of the shift knob so they can better determine what's involved. Good luck.
