Local dealer has a blue/blue 2004 with 18k miles.

I saw and drove the car when they first got it in on trade and it had warped rotors, scratches on the hood and pside lower panel behind the door. The front had some chips and a scratch lower lip. They repainted the front nose and replaced the rotors. They buffed/detailed the rest of the car and they say they got the scratches out. The repaint actually bothers me. I'd rather not have the front freshly painted, which won't be as strong as the factory finish.

What would be a fair price?

They are asking $69,900.

P.S. I found a thread on here that proves blue/blue is not that common. :)

You can get better deal on that. Like at $5 grand off of that, at least. Pull a carfax report to look for accident record. Blue/Blue is the most produced combo in that color between 02-05.

I purchased an 02 Blue/Blue Manaul with 32k mile, suspension/tires/wheels/exhaust/intake and i paid $60k. From what I could find out there, it was priced right. As far a the color, the blue/blue is incredible. I have been on NSX runs with all other colors and when we stop for a break, about 80% of the public come to my car first. I think $69k may be a little high if there are no mods...maybe $62 to $64 is what I would pay. IMO, a few $k isn't worth loosing a blue/blue.

Ha! Vance I think I got you on this one

02-05 Blue/Onyx prod is 34 manuals/autos
02-05 Blue/Blue prod is 33 manuals/autos

Now take back what you said about blue/blue:biggrin:

Thanks for the replies.

Anyone have concerns about the warped rotors? Is this a common thing with NSX's?

Also, what are the factory-spec tires for this model year?

The warped rotors are odd? My car has two hard track events and the rotors are fine ( rear tires gone though  )

Tires are 215/40/17 front and 255/40/17 rear Bridgestone RE040.
