It is probably worth noting that these things are first and foremost designed to let us see where we're going at night, (I need all the help I can get!), and the fixed units "provide 132% greater illumination than the previous design", according to Acura. Not that you can't have hidden and bright, but with headlight alignment so critical with HID units it seems that a fixed housing would be preferable.My 1st post (sniff),Richard Fogg
