6,12,4,40 are the gaskets.Does your NSX have two reverse light or just one? Mine was originally one (Euro spec). I had two bulbs each side originally. One for night lamp and one for brake. The Japanese one has three bulbs of which two of them have double filaments for both night lamp and brake (perside). What I did was to modify the harness to include a third small bulb close to the reverse light. I did this so I could cover the additional hole so moisture don't get in.
