That looks sweet. I have a brand new '02 valance sitting in my garage waiting to go to the body shop with the car to be painted and installed. I can't wait - it is perhaps the single biggest improvement that one could make to the look of the car and retain the stock beauty of the car.

sweeet...looks like its one of the best mods for the nsx.
did you paint the middle part of the valence black?
How much for the paint job?

The middle part is already black...it's mesh..and some plastic but the part comes black so you only paint parts of it.

I have one in my living room too...CF versions eventually if I can find time

i painted the middle gloss black. If you get it, paint it, it will look better and easier to take care of later on.

So what would you do on a black car, like mine. If you paint the whole thing black it does not look as good. Yet I agree with you that if it is painted it would be easier to take care of. So maybe flat back in the middle and gloss on the rest...?

I would paint the entire thing factory black to match, that would look so sweet and clean! Probably cheaper to paint too :)

Sweet

I know the feeling as my 93 outdates my friends 98 due to my Full 02+ rear conversion :D

Very nice enhancement

i saw my friend's 99 driving next to a 03 once, and i just couldn't believe how much of a difference the rear valence made! That's before I even had the nsx or knew it was simple bolt on....

This valence makes the rear of the car look nice and low instead of just having this big empty space in the back, well worth the $800! :)

The rear was the least part I liked about the NSX, now with the full 02+ conversion the rear suddenly came to life and has become my favorite.

I spent well over 2K for the rear conversion and am happy as ever.

Lower the car a tad bit and it looks even better

Got mine back with the '02 valance done. It looks 100% better.

They painted the whole thing satin black first, then painted the Formula Red and then cleared it and polished it. Man, it looks sweet. My wife loved it when she saw it.

Changes the rear end to correct what I always thought was the weakest visual aspect of the car.

Now I just need to replace the exhaust and get some 4" rolled polished stainelss tips with the new exhaust. The stock tips are 3" I believe but there is sufficient room for 4" in the opening with room to spare. That will complete the look. Maybe in a few months I will tackle that.
