02 rear bumper

How much to get the rear bumper upgraded to the 02 style? I know i need the center peuso wing and the rear side bumpers...what else and how much is it?

I searched old and kept seeing diffenent prices

BTW is there a difference in the bumpers 97 to 02? and same goes with the spoiler, what is the EXTERNAL differences?
