02+ frontend conversion question(regarding headlights)

So I plan to go with an aftermarket HID kit for the 02 frontend conversion. However, there will be a hole left in the bottom of the headlights where the oem control unit would cover. What solution have you guys with aftermarket kits using to seal the hole?
