02-05 Headlight Conversion quick question

Do i need the Left and Right Front Bumper Stay parts number:

71120-SL0-010

71125-SL0-010

It mounts vertically behind the front bumper beam. Do i need those parts? It goes for $37.95 Retail each.

Yes, you do need those to hold the beam and the new upper support.
