quarter panel install

Hi all, Looking to find driver quarter panel install instructions for an nsx-t. Most of it is straight forward, I just want to make sure I'm doing it properly. There's a drain plug in there that I'm not sure if it goes to the quarter panel or the gas filler. I have the Silverman manual...
