Looks like you have a RHD? If yes, you're better off just buying a keyless system from @drew From the instructions posted above you can assume that BLK = GRND RED = 12V + GRY = Light Flash The rest is hard to tell as it says refer to door diagram

Unfortunately my keyless system has not been tested on 04-05. I'm pretty sure it's not compatible as the 04-05 has siren.

Holding the shifter in your left hand with the bushing pointed towards the right, use a pair of pliers in your right hand to grab it. Pliers should be pointing forward. Use a turning motion to easily pop it off...sort of like turning the key to start your ignition.
