Whoa... I didn't even know there was such a thing as the RPF1 RC! Absolutely brilliant looking wheel and I assume that like the RPF1, it's a pretty lightweight wheel. $2400 with tires seems pretty cheap for genuine 2 piece wheels. I'd be all over these if I had a wide fender car.
Speaking of...
I love the HP Academy! They post some good stuff and have a lot of interesting reads. Engine Labs are great as well although I feel as if they focus on domestic brands a little more. All great stuff though!
Hope you weren't looking for an argument!
While I had always loved, understood and appreciated the NSX from day one, I will never forget the moment it went from a car that I would like to have to one that I was determined to have.
Back in 06' Acura of West Chester (Pennsylvania) had a black...
At risk of making me sound weird(er)...
This build is the kind of thing I fantasize about while I'm mowing the lawn. I was the Service Manager at a small, multi-line powersports dealer (Suzuki, Kawasaki, BMW, KTM and Ducati) and have a fair amount of experience with sport bikes. Based on that...
Got mine!
I just want to remark that I received my car from Hugh and am exceptionally pleased with both the car itself and the transaction. Hugh had a tracking number for me within a couple hours of receiving the funds and the car itself arrived only a few days later. I don't know if Hugh...
Interesting, that stealth wrap absolutely makes that color. I'm really not that much of a Spa yellow fan, but wow it works with that stealth wrap, and the yellow, black and red color combo looks great! Very nice!
I know that's Amer Harris driving (And WOW, that kid can WHEEL!!), but is that your car? Great video, just wish it were longer and that they had done a slightly better job filming that spectacular drift between the 28-35 second mark (More or less). My man was laying down some rubber out of that...
If that had a "lid" that attached to my Downforce "snorkel" in the left side vent so that it only receives cooler outside air instead of the hot, underhood engine air, that would be a winner! If wishes were fishes, or however the saying goes. I absolutely LOVE ARC components and they are...
I had an ARC airbox in my 00' Integra Type R and it was a gorgeous pierce, and this one is tempting. I assume there's a big velocity stack inside the airbox? The only part I don't like, Is that (Correct me if I'm wrong) this airbox really get does not air from the left vent and just takes air...
Wow, remarkable timing! I did indeed get them installed finally after how many months? Our initial attempt was back in April, and I didn't get them installed until late last month. Having said that a significant part of that delay was finding the time where my tech could get it done. We're...
Not to hijack this thread and I think this might be a related concern, but I despise the "throttle hang" my car has where the engine RPM stays elevated after you drop the throttle and clutch in. I had heard anecdotally that the "throttle hang" as I call it, is written in the throttle mapping for...
Well, I for one, would love to hear a lot more about the car itself and certainly wouldn't object to some pictures. I've always felt that the CRX ands the Del Sol that followed it looked like mid-engine cars and a K-Series mid-engined CRX sounds brilliant! Please tell us more!
A couple others I made. Since there are some modifications that can be made to your car in GT7 (Far too few unfortunately, mostly wheels and a few body mods), it is pretty cool in that you can get an idea how your car would look with certain mods in certain colors. You can even use the VR...
I have a theory on this. I don’t think that it’s “You’re old” in so much as you’ve accumulated enough driving skill/experience to know that almost any semi-performance car cannot be driven anywhere NEAR it’s limit on public roads. If you put a competitive, expert class club racer, say someone...
So I've only read the first two paragraphs of your very first post in this thread and I am all in for this build. I love the concept and have similar thoughts as to how I want my NSX to be. I'm looking forward to reading up on this!!

Anyone who's driven an NA1 at night understand that the headlamps and the low beams in particular don't work very well. I'd like to "upgrade" my headlamps but am concerned about potential problems, particularly related to having...
I don’t have a build thread yet as I’m not sure it’s ”build thread worthy” but I did start an Instagram account after a number of friends and co-workers sent me pictures of my car that they found on some social media page or another. I’m definitely an Instagram newbie and need to polish it up a...
WOW! Your timing could not have been more perfect! I just had a set of Öhlins coil-overs installed and I noticed that the front had significantly more fender gap so we lowered it 5mm at the front and after I drove it for a while to allow the suspension to settle it was still lower at the rear...
Dang, I wish you were my neighbor! Judging by your garage I suspect that we have a lot in common. Aside from the obvious car choices, I see you have an R1 (I had a 92' FZR1000 amongst others) and I'm a Nicky Hayden fan as well, God rest his soul. I still get a lump in my throat any time I think...
That's a very valid point, I'd like to see the same comparison with control tires. Regardless, this is a great video to demonstrate what a phenomenal GT car the NSX is, as it's visibly smoother with far less vibration and shaking than the CTR despite being decades older!
