@socalbreeze ... thank you. I suspect you are right on the battery failure. I just want to educate them on other people's experiences so that they can get down to the issue faster if that doesn't remedy the problem. Thanks for your insights in this thread. I'll refer them to Brian if needed. A...
@socalbreeze ... My dad and I own matching 2017 NSXs ... his is throwing the same codes PLUS a "P1A5F: Motor Multiple U-V-W Phase Sensor Failure" ... thought initially it may be the 12V system but wonder if it's the same issue you were dealing with. Could you provide me with the name and...
Been thinking of getting rid of my 97’ for a Maserati GranTourismo MC Stradale. I have four kids and it has the best back seat of any 2+2 out there. Then there is the fact that a recent surgery to repair a torn Achilles has left me with 70-80% nerve loss in my right leg from the knee down...
I’ll add that both are red/tan and one has 37K miles and the other 57K Miles. I tried to PM you but it wouldn’t allow me to. You must have that feature turned off.

I reached out to the dealer a while back. He was very responsive and they have had the car for a long time. The accident report he sent me indicated very little damage but he couldn't provide pictures. I think I deleted the email otherwise I would post it up.
I have owned both a 92' 5-speed and a 97' 6-speed. The biggest difference isn't the engine, power, shift ratios ... it's the manual rack vs. power rack! I miss the manual rack and wish I could put it in my 97' ... it would then be perfect!

1) Depends on the accident. Only way to know is to get someone in there that can inspect the car underneath the skin. Definitely wouldn't buy without verifying.
2) Is it salvage title or just accident history? Regardless, the accident history will create a ceiling on how much it can...
Was making a right hand turn into a parking lot at the same time that a younger fellow in a convertible 370Z was getting ready to make a left hand turn. When he saw me pull in he stopped from making his left hand turn, took his hands off the wheel, raised them high above his head and then...
Time for a new monitoring company ... I work for a smart home / home security company and there is no reason they should not have at the very most a 24 hour turn around. Who is the monitoring company?
I have a Comptech Gen 1 exhaust that I need to buy adapter pipes for in order to fit it to a 97' NSX. Please PM me if you have any you would like to sell. Thanks in advance!
I have four kids. They all love the NSX (except for the 14 month old ... he probably does too but doesn't realize it yet). It's obviously not a family hauler but my kids love it when I pick one of them up from soccer/baseball/basketball (with proper shoe removal and cleaning, of course). Most...
Race started out great. In our first four heats our times were top of the pack and our “effective speeds” were as follows:
1. 202.1
2. 200.2
3. 198.7
4. 198.5
Then our times dropped off in the last four heats and we finished in either 2nd or 3rd.
5. 196.7
6...
Thanks! And yes, I am not surprised that some of our other members have done this before. The level of commitment to the NSX in this community is just too strong for us to have been the first. I would like to think, however, that our execution puts us near the top ;-).
