Your memory agrees with the NA1/N2 charts above; you could special order the coupe from 1995 to 2001. The C32 came in 1997+ MT cars so yes, you could special order a coupe with a 3.2/6-sp from 1997 to 2001. As noted by @96-nsx , 19 over those 5 years, making them rarer than Zanardis.
