Most BBS won't clear stoptech by itself, maybe you need a small 3.5mm spacer. Even with my TE37 and BBK clearance I still needed a small 3mm spacer. You can safely run up to 8mm spacer and not need to change the studs.

Im a stickler for huge gaps on body kits, and having to re-engineer a kit that should fit good especially from a reputable company but seems a lot of the NSX kits have fit issues.
