+1 the fit very poorly, I've seen them hit the rear cross member as well. Good quality headers like, TaiTec, Comptech, etc fit just fine.A acquaintance of mine has the 3.2L headers on his 3.0L auto and should have the dyno run's for it.

Well not necessarily, a stock suspension car with all the swaybar and chassis is a very nice driving NSX and very stable yet comfortable. Even if you where to drive that back to back with a KW V3 car you'd be impressed. Especially with the NSX a balanced complete package is the key.

Very true, I've encountered random issue due to grounding issues before. As for the main relay I have those on the shelf that i'll test on a nsx that's acting up just to be sure that isn't the cause.
