I got the pins since I have the carbon ceramic brakes. More peace of mind since it will cost a pretty penny if the CCBs are damaged by the wheel during removal or install! Sometimes I wish I just had the iron brakes, lol.

Tagged for follow up. Very interesting stuff. I'm debating ceramic coating vs clear bra as well. PPF definitely will offer more protection but is more costly, but ceramic coating is also very expensive, and doesn't provide as much protection.

Yes the new NSX is amazing. I still love the classic though, which is why I have one of each... a 91 and a 17. :D

Personally I think the McLaren MP4-12C really pays homage to the first gen NSX, with the inline rear spoiler, and general gorgeous body proportions. I was never a huge fan of the MP4-12C, until I saw it in action in this video (about 0:40 mark, and dat rear at 2:06 mark)...

I sold my 98 Monte Carlo blue NSX to buy the new 2017 NSX. However I still have my 91 NSX. Best of modern and classic!

I agree it is uncertain, but I disagree with the other guy who thinks these cars will be under $100k in a year...just not possible. While these will depreciate like supercars, it is a Honda / Acura after all, and having owned the first gen NSX for nearly 15 years, they have held up their value...

I didn't know that was an option to refuse to pay the tax on the $30k incentive. Is that for leases only, or for purchases also? For my purchase, the $30k was marked down as part of the down payment, so it had nothing to do with the sales tax unfortunately.
