used it awhile back on an old WinMo 3G phone... quality reasonable but not great. Am told it works better over WiFi. The Skype that VZN BBs use does not do voice over IP (VOIP); it routes IM and Skype-toSkype calls via 3G, and routes the Skype-to-phone calls via the normal VZN CDMA network.

Agree with the above.... Not having a sticker does not equate to automatic penalty, but if parked on city streets, or in public garages, they CAN issue you a ticket. FYI - my 2 DDs have stickers; my 2 non-DDs (including the NSX) do not. Have received 1 "no sticker" violation in 15 years.
